The Photoquip Care Plan is a one-stop service and support solution for all our Elinchrom users. It offers extended warranty coverage for products already covered by the 2 year Elinchrom warranty. For products that are no longer covered under the initial warranty, the Photoquip Care Plan can be purchased, after due inspection of the product at one of our authorized centres.

Why should I get the Photoquip Care Plan?

The standard limited warranty covers your Elinchrom product for a limited period of time after which any service maintenance is the owner's responsibility. Purchasing the Photoquip Care Plan will extend the coverage of your product over the tenure of the plan, with zero additional service charge and cost-effective servicing from fully trained technicians across India.

Which products are eligible for the Photoquip Care Plan?

Elinchrom’s D-Lite One, D-Lite FX2, D-Lite FX4, FRX 200, FRX 400, and Master RX.

What is covered under the Photoquip Care Plan?

Exclusive extension of warranty on said products. Physical damage, except on flash tubes and modelling lamps, is covered under the Photoquip Care Plan.

When can I purchase the Photoquip Care Plan?

The Photoquip Care Plan may be purchased at any time prior to the expiry of the original manufacturer's 2-year warranty accompanying the purchased Elinchrom product. For products that are no longer under the original warranty, only those purchased within 4 years will be considered after due inspection.

Where can I buy the Photoquip Care Plan?

Registration can be done at Dealers/Authorized Service Centres.

Terms & conditions:

  • Products not specified under the plan will not be covered.
  • Products not specified under the plan will not be covered.
  • Registration forms without valid product serial number will not be considered eligible for the Photoquip Care Plan.
  • For warranty extension, registration for the Photoquip Care Plan must be completed before the expiry of the original warranty.
  • Product damage from overvoltage is not covered
  • Product damage due to misuse is not covered
  • Unsuitable physical/operating environments that lie beyond product specifications may not be covered, and nullify the Photoquip Care Plan warranty
  • Unauthorized modifications of hardware/software may nullify the Photoquip Care Plan warranty
  • Liabilities if any are limited to the original amount paid for the Photoquip Care Plan by the customer
  • Complete upgradation of lights will not be considered under the warranty plan
  • Any disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only
